The nine EL panels are anchored to the ordinary textile banner to be the EL banner. The EL banner can float freely in the sky by connecting it to the hydrogen balls with steel wires. (use the steel wire to fix the four corners of the EL banner and one end of the wires are fixed on the ground, the other end are connected to the hydric balls) The flat cables coming from the EL panel to the inverter are extended long enough to come down along the steel wires and let the inverters be put on the ground to be protected properly. The inverter and power supply should be placed inside the light box in order to avoid moisture.
